Dr. Lakia Scott’s TED Elementary Literacy Education class has decorated bags that will be filled with muti-cultural books and some goodies for the approximate 40 children that Mission Waco serves. Bookbags will be handed out Monday Dec. 8th. Photos taken Dec. 3rd for Baylor’s School of Education.
